Mr. Sumeet Gunti brings together project management experience, market understanding and a strong client-first approach. With deep exposure to large-scale workplace projects, vendor ecosystems and on-ground execution, he helps keep every project aligned, transparent and steadily moving from vision to reality.
With 15+ years in interior fit-out project management and 17 years in the natural stone industry, Sumeet understands both technical execution and commercial realities. His experience includes 65+ projects covering nearly 9 million sq. ft., associated with global brands such as Microsoft, Google, Amazon, Apple, Goldman Sachs and IBM.
Sumeet listens closely, identifies concerns early and keeps communication simple. He helps align expectations across clients, consultants, vendors and site teams, reducing confusion and avoiding the delays that often arise from poor coordination.
His strength lies in understanding what the client wants and what the project demands on site. By combining regional knowledge, vendor understanding and proactive problem-solving, he helps make the design-build journey more informed, controlled and stress-free.
