Ar. Namrata Lad brings design sensitivity, strategic balance and a deeply human perspective to IN5N8. Her work brings together aesthetics, usability and commercial understanding, helping clients make design decisions that feel right, work well and continue to create value over time.
A University of Mumbai graduate, Namrata began her career with leading architectural firms and later worked with Godrej & Boyce Co. Ltd. These experiences strengthened her understanding of materials, execution, industry standards and the relationship between design intent and what finally gets built.
Her approach goes beyond making a space look refined. She considers how it will be used, maintained and experienced, while also keeping budgets, adaptability and long-term relevance in view.
Namrata helps turn complex requirements into spaces that are practical, elegant and commercially sensible. Her presence brings confidence that every decision has been considered from multiple angles, including comfort, usability, cost and future growth.
