Founder | Architect, Author & Office Design Expert
Ar. Pankaj Lad is the founding force behind Sarayan Architects and IN5N8.
With 25+ years of experience, 250+ completed spaces and over 20 lakh sq. ft. delivered across India, he brings together architectural thinking, execution understanding and a clear belief that every space must solve real problems and create lasting value.
Guided by the principle of form following function, Pankaj sees design as more than visual expression. He believes a well-planned space should improve productivity, strengthen culture, support leadership and enhance the way a business is perceived.
As an architect, author, educator and entrepreneur, he brings a wider business perspective to every project. His approach goes beyond drawings to connect design decisions with how people work, how organisations grow and how spaces perform over time.
His leadership gives every project a clear purpose and direction from the beginning. The focus is not only on creating refined spaces, but on ensuring that the final outcome works well in daily use and continues to deliver value long after handover.
