Located in Gujarat, the project was approached as a carefully composed retreat where built spaces, open courts, water elements, greenery, and circulation paths come together to create an atmosphere of quiet discovery. Every zone was designed to offer a different rhythm of experience—arrival, leisure, movement, gathering, and retreat—without disturbing the overall sense of serenity. The result is a hospitality environment that feels open, balanced, and emotionally refreshing; a resort that does not just host guests, but helps them disconnect from noise and reconnect with themselves."
The challenge was to create a resort that could feel expansive, memorable, and operationally clear without losing the emotional softness expected from a serene getaway. The property needed to accommodate multiple hospitality functions—arrival, recreation, accommodation, landscape interaction, and guest movement—while maintaining a unified sense of calm. The key was not to over-design the experience, but to shape a destination where every transition felt effortless, every outdoor space felt purposeful, and every guest could move through the resort with comfort, clarity, and ease.
The design strategy focused on creating a resort that unfolds gradually rather than reveals itself all at once. Built forms were positioned to frame landscaped views, define open courts, and create natural pauses throughout the guest journey. Water bodies, greenery, shaded walkways, and open visual corridors were integrated to soften the architectural experience and encourage a slower rhythm of movement. Instead of relying on visual drama, the architecture uses openness, proportion, landscape layering, and spatial breathing room to create a sense of quiet luxury. Every element was planned to support both guest comfort and operational flow, allowing the resort to function efficiently while feeling relaxed and immersive. The result is a hospitality destination where serenity becomes the central experience—measured, refreshing, and deeply memorable.
