"The KNEST workplace was envisioned as an environment that could mirror the speed, ambition, and evolving culture of a rapidly growing organization. Designed for a young and expanding workforce, the project focused on creating a balanced ecosystem where productivity, interaction, and adaptability could coexist seamlessly within a fast-paced operational setup. Rather than approaching the office as a conventional workspace, the intent was to shape an experience that encouraged movement, clarity, and engagement throughout the day. The final environment reflects a contemporary workplace culture—one that supports performance, strengthens team connectivity, and aligns with the company’s forward-looking vision and momentum."
KNEST set out to build a workplace in Pimpri, Pune for 150+ young professionals—fast, focused, and future-ready within just 60 days. The challenge was clear: create a space that felt energetic yet disciplined, collaborative yet structured.
The design leveraged the 13-foot height to unlock openness, paired with ergonomic workstations for sustained performance. A dynamic color palette injected energy, while natural light and clear zoning improved focus, flow, and communication. Delivered on time, the result is a workplace that doesn’t just support a young team—it fuels their pace, sharpens their focus, and elevates how they perform every day.
